The children's ministry is a growing group of kids who love Jesus. We have excellent Sunday School classes with qualified and creative teachers who know how to minister to children. Gods Gang and Junior Youth help make up this Childrens ministry. Gods Gang is designed for children between 2 and 5 years old. Junior Youth is for children between 6 and 11 years old. The children are involved every year in plays, dramas, our Family Revival, Vacation Bible School, and more. We make it our mission to show every child that they are special to God and to us.
The Senior Youth Department is designed for students between the ages of 12 and 18. We exist to be a godly influence in the lives of todays teens and to bring salvation to students who are searching. Throughout the week, we have classes and services tailored for teens. During the year, our teens go to youth rallies, youth conferences, summer camps, overnight lock-ins, cookouts, and more. We are a very active and involved group of teens who love God and who love each other. If youre between the ages of 12 and 18, join us and be a part of the Senior Youth!
The mission of the Ladies Ministries is to organize the ladies to grow spiritually. We do this by working together to aid the church in reaching out to those in need and to help support the church financially. We work together to further God's work in whatever way we can. As we work together we have learned that two are better than one and we come to know the joy of working for God's kingdom. Throughout the year, we go to Ladies Conference, Mothers Memorial banquets, and other events in and out of the state. In addition, we hold Ladies Fellowships, tea socials, fun nights, and more events for our ladies right here at home.
Apostolic Man Ministry
The Apostolic Man program has been created specifically for the continued spiritual growth of men. The church understands that men have a foundational role in the leadership of not only the church but also the home. The Apostolic Man program is family oriented, spiritually focused, and God led. All men, regardless of age or marital status, are welcome to be a part of this ministry. Each year, the men travel to Mens Conference to receive inspiration and instruction on how to be better Christian husbands, fathers, and sons. From time to time, the men hold prayer breakfasts, hunting and fishing trips, golf games, and other fun outings that appeal to men.
The Outreach Department exists to bring guests and new members into a relationship with God and His church. Because of the unlimited methods of reaching people, the Outreach Department is constantly growing. We have teams who go into our community and minister to neighbors in need. We serve the community through events such as free pancake breakfasts and open gym nights. Our Public Relations team helps to keep our community informed of upcoming services and events. Our Senior Care Ministry travels to retirement homes and Senior apartments to sing and preach for people who cant get to church. Our greeters meet our guests at the door to welcome them to church. Other teams deliver gifts to our guests as a way of saying thank you for coming. All in all, our Outreach Department helps us to share with our community the simple message that Jesus loves them.
Our Music Department exists to develop anointed and continually teams of vocalists and musicians. We strive for excellence and to live exemplary Christian lives. Our Praise teams lead the congregation in worship that brings glory to God. Our choir, ensembles, and soloists sing during services throughout the month. DRAMA The Drama ministry is composed of three different teams. The Hands of Praise are an interpretive sign team who minister through sign language. The "Breaking the Silence" team ministers through skits and dramas. The "Sticks and Stones" team ministers through dowel-rod dramas.
Our multimedia team enhances the services through creative audio and video projection. Each service is recorded and available for purchase through the Multimedia Department.
Apostolic Food Pantry
The Apostolic Food Pantry was opened in May of 2006. That month, we served six households. On average, the Food Bank blesses over 200 Knox County families with groceries each month. The Food Bank is open to the community several times throughout the month. Please visit the Downloads page for current hours of operation. The Food Pantry supplies our qualifying neighbors and church family with groceries and taxables. At the Pantry, you can find everything from tomato soup to laundry soap.

Global and North American Missions
The Missions Department promotes the support of foreign and home missions through finances and prayer. We also help to facilitate communication between missionaries and the congregation. As a church, we support over 40 Foreign Missionaries and their families. When you give to Foreign Missions, you are helping our missionaries to purchase vehicles, appliances, and other necessities while they are overseas. When you give to Home Missions, you are helping pastors to start new churches here in the United States. Your giving helps our Home Missionaries to purchase their necessities and even help them to rent or buy their own church buildings. Our missionaries, both at home and abroad, face many challenges for the which they need our prayers and finances. Help us to support our missionaries as they take the Gospel overseas and to people right here at home.
